Research, the foundation of good design, is one of my passions. Below is a research project I completed for a Research Methods course in the Themed Experience Design program at the University of Central Florida. The research focuses on how the psychology of fear, as used in the general horror genre, can serve as a design tool to enhance the creation of haunted attraction projects. The line of inquiry is one I hope to continue working on after completion of the graduate program, with the goal of publishing or speaking on the topic in the future.
